How this differs from automated maintenance
Most offers on the market rely on a bot that applies updates and sends a report. That’s better than nothing, but it’s not what we do.
We test before, we check after
Sensitive updates are first applied to an invisible copy of your site: whatever breaks, breaks on the copy. And once the real update is done, someone opens your site and checks it still works: pages, forms, checkout.
Always the same person
The person who answers the phone is the person who does the work. They know your site, your plugins and the history of your incidents. No switchboard, no ticket number, no project manager passing you to someone who will call you back.

WordPress does apply minor core security patches automatically, which is something. It does not, however, update your plugins or your theme reliably, it tests nothing, and above all it does not check that your site still works afterwards. Yet hacks almost always come in through a plugin, and layout breakages almost always follow an update.
That is exactly the scenario the plan covers. Sensitive updates are tested on a staging copy; if a problem slips through anyway, the human check catches it and we fix it. As a last resort, the external backup lets us roll back.
No. The Essential and Shop plans apply to your current hosting, whatever it is. The All inclusive plan is there for those who prefer a single point of contact and a single invoice: the migration is then handled for you.
The clean-up is covered; you pay nothing more. That is the point of the plan: we carry the risk because we are there to reduce it.
No minimum term, no notice period, no penalty. If you stop, you get back full access, your backups and the documentation of everything done on your site. We do not hold your domain name or your hosting hostage.
