WooCommerce shop maintenance: updated, monitored, backed up
A shop relies on plugins a brochure site does not have: payment gateway, carriers, VAT rules, customer accounts. Any one of them can stop working without anything turning red: orders simply stop going through.
Critical plugins tracked, the checkout checked regularly, frequent backups and uptime monitoring. From €59/month$69/month£49/monthC$95/month, no minimum term.
The risk
On a shop, downtime is measured in lost sales
A brochure site that is offline costs you visibility. A shop that is offline costs you revenue, by the hour, and the visitor who could not pay does not come back to try again tomorrow.
The worst is not the visible outage, it is the silent one: the payment that fails at the last step, the confirmation email that no longer arrives, the carrier that has vanished from the delivery options. The shop displays normally, and sales drop without explanation.
Nobody warns you when a shop stops selling.
What is included
What we monitor on your shop
On top of the routine upkeep of a WordPress site, everything a shop adds that is fragile.
Updates and compatibility tracked with every WooCommerce release.
Carriers, shipping costs and tax rules checked after every update.
Checked end to end on a regular basis: basket, details, payment.
Confirmation and dispatch: we make sure they are sent and that they arrive.
Basket, account and payment excluded from caching, otherwise baskets get mixed up.
Sessions, temporary data and logs cleaned out: a shop produces a great deal of them.
A shop changes constantly: the frequency is matched to its activity.
If the shop stops responding, we know before your customers do.
Stock and catalogue synchronisation (optional)
The plans
Two plans for a shop
The Essential plan is reserved for brochure sites: a shop needs broader cover. Between the two remaining plans, what changes is the hosting, never the quality of the service.

- WooCommerce shop suivie de près
- Products, orders et tunnel de paiement
- On your current hosting
All inclusive
Site or shop, with hosting included.
- Hosting included (VPS or shared)
- Migration of your site handled for you

The difference
What changes when it is a shop
The same principles as on a brochure site, with one extra constraint: your shop is taking money while we work.
We check that people can still buy
After every update, someone places a test order: add to basket, enter details, payment, confirmation email. A shop that loads isn’t necessarily a shop that sells.
We work during your quiet hours
Sensitive operations are scheduled outside your selling hours, not while your customers are ordering. It is a constraint that does not exist on a brochure site, and one that automated maintenance ignores entirely.
We know the traps specific to WooCommerce
Badly configured caching that mixes up baskets, a payment gateway incompatible with the latest version, a database that bloats until it slows down the catalogue. These are problems you only meet on shops, and we recognise them before they cost you orders.
Frequently asked questions
What people ask us before subscribing
The five questions shop owners ask most often.
No. Updates are applied within seconds, during a quiet window agreed with you. Closing is only necessary for a heavy operation such as a migration, and that is planned in advance.
Because a shop adds critical plugins (payment, delivery, VAT, customer accounts) that the brochure plan does not have to track. And because the post-intervention check includes a full run through the checkout, which takes considerably longer than checking pages.
The checkout check is there to catch it before your customers do. If the problem comes from an incompatibility, we roll back to the previous version while we find the cause, and as a last resort the backup restores the shop as it was.
That is normal on a shop, and it is precisely where the service matters. The more plugins there are, the more likely conflicts become with every update. We also flag those no longer maintained by their author: on a shop, an abandoned plugin that touches payments is a real risk.
The clean-up is covered; you pay nothing more. A shop handles payments and personal data: it is a priority target for bots, and that is why the monitoring is daily.
