WordPress SEO optimisation pricing
Optimisation is priced from the diagnosis: every fix is ranked by impact, and you decide how far to go. There is no single flat fee — lifting an indexing blocker and rebuilding an entire site structure have nothing in common.

The pre-audit is free, with no obligation to continue
Thirty minutes spent on your site, without your having to provide access or sign anything. You give us the address, we look, we call you back.
What we tell you at that point
The blockers visible from outside, and above all whether there is potential worth going after in your market. A site can be technically flawless and never rank, simply because nobody searches for what it offers using the words it uses.
When we tell you no
If your site is already in good shape, or if your market has no usable search volume, we say so and stop there. Selling an audit to someone who does not need one is the surest way never to see them again.
The difference between the audit and the optimisation
The audit provides the diagnosis and the list of fixes ranked by impact. The optimisation implements them. The two can be ordered separately, and you can give the execution to someone else. What the audit contains is set out on the WordPress SEO audit page.
Why there is no single flat fee
Lifting an indexing blocker takes an hour. Reworking the structure and internal linking of a two-hundred-page site takes weeks. Selling them at the same price would make no sense.
What a monthly package often hides
The usual formula in this market is a fixed subscription with a vague allowance of hours and an automatic report at the end of the month. It has one advantage for the provider: they bill even in the months when nothing measurable is produced. We prefer to price identified fixes.
The quote comes after the list
Once the audit is done, every fix is priced separately and ranked by what it gains you. You see what each line costs and you decide how far to go. Nothing obliges you to take it all.
You can stop at any time
Fixes are delivered in batches. At the end of a batch, you are free to continue, to pause, or to stop. No minimum term is required.
What makes the price of the fixes vary
Four things determine the pricing, and all of them are visible from the audit.
The nature of the blocker
A badly configured tag, an over-broad indexing rule or a file blocking search engines are all quick to fix. A content structure that needs rethinking is a deeper piece of work.
The number of pages involved
Fixing a title on five pages isn’t the same job as fixing it on five hundred. Some of it can be done in bulk, some page by page.
The technical state of the site
A theme that generates excess code, a badly configured optimisation plugin or undersized hosting can mean dealing with the cause before the symptom. That work is described on the WordPress SEO optimisation page.
What we choose not to do
Some fixes cost more than they return in your case. We tell you, and we do not price them. A quote listing everything that is possible is not an honest quote.
What you receive with each batch
A price can only be checked if the work can. Every batch of fixes comes with a written report, not an invoice carrying “SEO optimisation” as a single line.
A measurement before, a measurement after
Rankings, traffic, speed and indexed pages are measured before anything is touched, then compared a few weeks after each batch. Without a measured starting point, nobody can say whether a fix helped.
When a fix produces nothing
We say so and look elsewhere. That is also why the work advances in batches: a wrong hypothesis costs one batch, not a year of subscription.
Timescales to expect
Technical fixes often take effect within a few weeks, sometimes faster when an indexing blocker is lifted. Content-related gains are measured over three to six months. Nobody can guarantee a position: Google does not sell placements.
